PRIVACY NOTICE
Who is responsible for your information
Parted Ways Group Limited, trading as Parted Ways, is responsible for the personal information described here. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15411883, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
For a privacy question or request, email info@parted-ways.com. This notice covers this website, enquiries and the customer functions you choose to use.
Information involved
If you contact us, we use the contact details, message and any information you choose to provide so we can deal with your enquiry. If you use an enabled account or checkout function, the information involved may include account details, addresses, order contents and payment status.
Our website runs on Wix. The platform and enabled services process technical information needed to operate and protect the functions you use, such as connection, browser, device, session and security information. Cookies and similar technologies are explained separately.
Please do not include payment card details, passwords, sign-in codes or unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
Why information is used
We use relevant information to respond to a request, take steps you ask for before a contract and, where a real purchase is made, perform the sales contract. Legal obligations may require records relating to accounting, tax, consumer rights or a lawful request from an authority.
Where appropriate, we rely on legitimate interests to operate and protect the service, prevent fraud, investigate complaints or deal with legal claims. Those interests must be balanced against your rights.
Marketing is separate from order or enquiry communications. Where you consent to updates, you can withdraw that consent. Any use of an existing-customer marketing exception must meet its legal conditions, including the required opportunity to opt out. You can object to direct marketing at any time.
Service providers and transfers
Wix and providers involved in a function you use may process information needed for that function. Depending on the enabled service, this can include hosting, account, form, communication, payment or delivery providers. Relevant professional advisers or authorities may receive information where necessary for their role or a legal requirement.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom or, where relevant, the European Economic Area. Restricted transfers require an applicable lawful mechanism and safeguards. Email us to ask about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your information.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept for the relevant purpose and applicable legal obligations or claims. The period depends on the type of record, the enquiry or order lifecycle, statutory record-keeping requirements and any dispute. A limited suppression record may be needed to respect a marketing opt-out.
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access or correct information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, or receive certain information in a portable format. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Email info@parted-ways.com to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify identity or clarify the request. Applicable conditions, exceptions and statutory response periods apply.
Raising a concern
Please contact us if you have a concern about personal information. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or another supervisory authority competent for your circumstances.
We may update this notice as our activities or legal requirements change. Material changes will be explained where required.

About Parted Ways
Parted Ways is the trading name of Parted Ways Group Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 15411883. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
For a product question, order query, cancellation or complaint, email info@parted-ways.com. The registered office is a postal contact address; it is not the announced product-return destination.Product availabilityRead the product description, options and availability before ordering. A preview or Coming soon listing is not available for purchase until released. Sold out or unavailable applies to the relevant piece or variant and does not promise a restock.Viewing a preview or adding an item to your bag does not reserve stock. If a product detail, price or purchase arrangement is missing or unclear, email info@parted-ways.com before ordering.
Product information and availabilityBefore ordering, read the description, measurements, fit, composition and care information for the particular item. Colours can appear differently on different screens, but your rights if goods do not match their description are unaffected.
Coming soon identifies an unreleased preview. Sold out means that a real item or selected variant is unavailable; it does not promise a restock. A preview does not reserve stock or place an order.
Prices payment and ordersCheck the products, sizes, full price, payment method, delivery address and applicable charges before paying.
Any promotion must have clear terms, including eligibility, dates and exclusions. No student discount or particular payment provider is announced by these terms. A discount does not reduce statutory rights.Check your checkout details and order communications carefully. An enquiry or a preview does not reserve an item. Contact info@parted-ways.com if an order status or payment is unclear.
Delivery cancellations and faults
Orders will dispatch from the United Kingdom. Courier services, delivery charges, dispatch estimates and country-specific arrangements have not yet been announced. Read the confirmed Delivery policy and checkout information for a real order.
For ordinary clothing bought online by a UK consumer, statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights generally run until 14 days after the day of receipt, followed by a further 14 days to send the goods back after notifying cancellation. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods have separate protections. See Returns & Cancellations for the process.
Nothing here excludes mandatory rights to goods that meet the required legal standard or an applicable remedy for late delivery, non-delivery, a fault or misdescription.
Accounts site content and complaints
If you use an account, keep its credentials secure and use the sign-in methods actually offered. Do not send us passwords, full card details or sign-in codes. Purchases do not transfer ownership of the brand's designs, photographs or other protected material.
Email info@parted-ways.com with a complaint, any order reference and the outcome you seek. No response-time guarantee or live-agent availability is announced here.
Any choice of the law of England and Wales in the final sale terms will preserve the mandatory protections and access to courts available to consumers under applicable law.
COOKIE NOTICE
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies can store information on, or read information from, your device. This website uses Wix, and technologies depend on the platform functions and other services enabled on the site. Personal information processed through them is also covered by the Privacy Notice.
For questions, contact info@parted-ways.com.
Necessary functions and optional purposes
Some technologies are needed to provide a service you request, such as a secure session, a shopping basket or protection against misuse. An applicable legal exemption may allow those technologies without a separate consent choice.
Other technologies may remember preferences, measure website use or support advertising. Their treatment depends on the actual purpose and applicable law. A technology is not necessary merely because it benefits the business.
Where consent is required, optional technologies must not operate until a valid choice has been made. Continued browsing or a preselected optional choice is not, by itself, consent.
Managing your preferences
Review any cookie choices presented on the site. Where a preference control is available, use it to change optional choices. You can also manage or delete stored cookies through your browser settings.
Blocking essential technologies may affect account or checkout functions. Changing a choice may stop future optional use, but your browser may require you to delete information already stored. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Technology details
Different technologies have different providers, purposes and lifespans. A session technology normally expires when its session ends; a persistent technology remains for its stated period or until removed.
Review any technology details presented with the site's cookie choices. If you need information about a specific technology, email info@parted-ways.com.
